FAQ
All the good stuff you want to know !!

How do I find out my ring size? The best and most accurate way to get your ring size would be to size your finger with me in person, but this is not possible for everyone. There are alternative ways to size your finger. You can find out your ring size at your local jeweller, alternatively you can find plenty of ring sizers available online.

If you happen to receive an item that has been damaged during shipping process, please contact me within 5 days.

Why doesn't my piece look identical to the picture online?

All of my jewellery pieces are handmade by me, which means that all of my pieces are unique! I always try to ensure that it is as close to the original piece as possible, but having slight differences in a pieces makes it special and adds character.

Please note that sea glass shape, colour and size does vary.

How do I care for my Sterling Silver?

Sterling silver can tarnish over time due to the copper component in the silver and exposure to air and moisture. Always important to remember to rinse off your jewellery after swimming in the ocean or the pool!

Here are 2 ways that will help you clean your sterling silver. One method is mixing a bit of warm soapy water and rubbing the piece with a microfiber cloth that has been dipped in the water, then you simply rinse the piece in cold water and dry it with a soft towel.

Another good method: In a ceramic dish line it with a piece of tin foil, with the shiny side up. Boil some water and once the pieces are placed in the dish, add 1/4 cup baking soda and pour the water until all your silver pieces are covered, leave to soak for about 5-10mins before rinsing under cold water and drying with a soft clean cloth. It should look shiny and new again!

How should I store my Jewellery?

A great way to store your jewellery is either in a jewellery box or zip lock bag away from any air and moisture, to try and prevent tarnishing, but we love to see you wearing your beautiful pieces.
